I died when I was 11 and that experience later changed the way I look at life, including death and dying.
You too can practice setting yourself free from the, at times, all-consuming stress of the small stuff. Become more joyful and feel healthier by releasing your stress and anxiety in your life. Pull up an ear, invite fear, and say goodbye to your small stuff.
I believe that we’re all creating this energy because we are energy beings.
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
I had a death experience when I was a child when I was 11, where I left my body and I don’t know how long I was gone, just seemed like time stood still.
I saw myself looking down at my body.
I felt no sadness, I felt no loss.
I just felt a combination of peace and joy, raised ten times.
I turned around and there was a bright light, drawing me in..
I got into that light and was greeted by a woman with long, flowing, blond hair in a sheer dress. We communicated telephatically. I wrapped my arms around her and it felt like I was home, and in a sweetest way she said, “Oh honey, you know you’re not ready, you have a higher purpose.”
It rang true for me.
And the next thing I know I woke up in my body in a hospital and I was in agony.
I started this practice of reminding myself “why is everything happening for you?’”
You created this world and you are a goddess, you are connected to every source of everything, so why would you hurt you?
And once I really think about that the love and admiration, the joy that I wanted to feel for myself, nothing else in that moment seriously matters because it’s all just small stuff.
And I think the way to really heal something to look at it is not to push it away. It’s to let it in. Let the small stuff in, question it, and just remember who you really are.
Because you’re the creator of your reality.
